This December, our Christmas series ARRIVAL follows the prophetic promises that point to Jesus—showing that Christmas is God keeping His word through a Sovereign Person, a Special Plan, and a Specific Place: the promised Child of Isaiah who is our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace; the fulfillment of God’s plan to be Immanuel (“God with us”) in the middle of fear and uncertainty; and the intentional, prophesied birthplace of Bethlehem from Micah, confirming God’s sovereignty over every detail and Jesus’ identity as the eternal Shepherd-King who brings real hope and peace today.
